Ehren Heilman

Ehren commenced his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he spent time as a consultant in various teams within the Deals division, including in Distressed Advisory, Financial Modelling and Corporate Value Advisory. It was during his time in these roles where Ehren developed his passion for working closely with founders and management teams to evaluate shareholder value and develop strategic and financial improvement plans. In addition, he had the opportunity to work on a variety of industry agnostic mandates, spanning healthcare, technology, infrastructure, business services and manufacturing.

Following this, Ehren joined Allier Capital, a mid-market focused investment banking firm in Sydney where he worked on a range of local and cross-border sell-side and buy-side transactions. Joining the investment team at Pemba Capital, he then had the opportunity to work alongside management teams from several portfolio companies on value creation and operational initiatives. Ehren was also responsible for origination, in particular sourcing proprietary deal flow, and contributing to the investment committee process. Most recently, Ehren has led the investment in Neighbourly, a leading Australian strata management business. Ehren holds a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney.
