Chris Ranocchia

Chris began his career with Rosewood Private Investments, a Dallas, TX-based (United States) private equity fund. While there, he was responsible for originating and executing on control investments in middle-market businesses. He has experience evaluating opportunities across a broad range of industries including environmental services, nutrition and wellness, and aerospace and defence. Chris covered several portfolio assets including Superior Environmental Solutions and MultiCam, leading add-on acquisition efforts and providing support to management teams on strategic initiatives. He helped manage the exits of both businesses, leading to highly successful outcomes for investors and management. Most recently, Chris has led Elyon’s investment in Parabellum, a leading emergency response services business. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.
